Langdow’s product portfolio covers most mainstream grades in the modification industry, including ABS, PC/ABS, PC/ASA, PC, PBT, PA, PP, ASA, AES, PMMA/ABS and PMMA/ASA, together with special color-effect and paint-free materials. Benefiting from rapid growth of new businesses, the company keeps developing new products.
Landow is equipped with 30 twin-screw extrusion production lines from Lestritz, Klaus Maffei in Germany, and CPM in the United States. Adopting advanced auxiliary systems, including centralized feeding, automatic metering feeding, automated packaging, MIXACO high-efficiency mixer, and circulating devolatilization drying drum, supporting a maximum production capacity of 25000 tons per year.
The company has a senior technical team led by a number of polymer materials doctors, the core team are graduated from Tsinghua University, Fudan University and other universities in polymer, chemistry and other new materials related majors, and jointly with universities and research institutes to carry out cutting-edge technology research, it's automotive grade engineering plastics have been tested and highly recognized by many domestic automotive component manufacturers. The team has more than 20 years of rich experience in the modified plastics industry, has presided over the construction and operation management of 200,000 tons/year digital modified factory, and led the team to achieve the first product category market share and annual sales of more than RMB 2 billion in the industry position.
